Our COVID-19 Statement
As the UK Government have relaxed some of the restrictions on the 4th July 2020 some of our venues will be reopening. Throughout the pandemic we have followed up-to-date advice. Therefore, when we feel venues will be able to provide a safe working area we will resume events. Some of the ways we work will have to change, we will:
- clean and disinfect tables and chairs before guests have arrived and after them leaving
- seat guests at least 2 meters apart (unless government relax this)
- provide hand sanitisers for guests and our own team members
- provide wipes and sanitiser to be provided per table
- provide PPE, gloves and masks for guests and team members
- carry out any face to face activities
- clean any kit/equipment to be shared amongst guests/li>
- provide tea/coffee/sugar supplied in individual sachets (no shared spoons or containers)
- ask guests to bring their own drinking vessels for hot drinks (although we will provide individual disposable cups which can be thrown away
- encourage guests to use outdoor space as much as possible and we will ensure smaller groups wherever possible.
